What you will do

• You will manage the functional configuration of Business Central and its integrated retail modules.
• You will handle queries and reports from colleagues, resolving them yourself or escalating them appropriately.
• You will keep master data and processes in order and intervene if something goes wrong, ensuring that stores and the webshop are not affected.
• You will translate organisational requirements into functional solutions and test changes and updates.
• You will work with suppliers and developers on improvements and new releases.
• You will document configurations and working methods and help colleagues use the system more effectively.

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a functional (application) administrator or in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and able to explain technical concepts clearly to users.
• Desirable: experience with retail or omnichannel processes.

What you get in return

• A salary between €3,450 and €4,650 gross per month, depending on your experience.
• A position for 32 to 38 hours per week.
