FRONTIER Group B.V. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy, we explain what data we collect, why we do so, and what your rights are. We keep it as concrete as possible, without unnecessary legal jargon.
This policy applies to everyone who interacts with us: candidates, professionals, clients, and visitors to this website.

What data we collect

When you apply for a job, share your profile, or engage in a conversation with us, we process the information you provide yourself:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address
- CV, cover letter, and work experience
- Education, certifications, and skills
- Availability, rate expectations, or salary expectations
- References, when provided by you
- Notes from our conversations with you
- Publicly available professional profile information, such as from LinkedIn
From clients
For contact persons at client organizations, we process names, job titles, business email addresses, phone numbers, and information necessary for the execution of the assignment.
From website visitors
When you visit our website or fill out a form, we process the information you provide, as well as technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.
How we use your data
We only process personal data for clearly defined purposes:
- Connecting you with interim assignments and permanent positions
- Assessing whether your profile matches an open vacancy
- Presenting your profile to a client, always with your prior consent
- Maintaining contact regarding suitable opportunities
- Executing agreements with clients and professionals
- Complying with legal obligations, such as administration and identification
- Improving our website and services
On what grounds
We base our processing on one of the following legal grounds under the GDPR: your consent, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest as an intermediary organization. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
How long do we keep your data
We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Data of candidates who are not placed: up to four weeks after the procedure is completed, or up to one year if you provide consent
- Data of placed professionals: for the duration of the collaboration and for two years thereafter
- Administrative and tax data: seven years, in accordance with statutory retention requirements
- Client contact details: for the duration of the collaboration and for two years thereafter
We share nothing without consultation
Your profile will never be sent to a client without your explicit consent. We do not circulate unsolicited CVs and we do not sell your data.
We do engage service providers to support us, for example with hosting, email, administration, and our applicant tracking system. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties. In addition, we share data when required to do so by law.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. This includes encrypted connections, restricted access to systems, and periodic audits of our procedures. If you notice anything unusual, please contact us immediately.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to function properly. In addition, we may use analytical cookies to understand how the website is used. For non-functional cookies, we ask for your consent via the cookie banner on our website. You can always delete or block cookies via your browser settings.

To exercise these rights, you can send your request to info@frontiergroup.nl. FRONTIER Group will review your request as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days. If FRONTIER Group cannot fulfill your request, we will always inform you why your request was denied. FRONTIER Group is entitled to verify your identity by requesting a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport, when you submit such a request. Please black out your photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy.
Filing a complaint
Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Please let us know first; we would like to resolve it together. If we cannot reach a solution, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when our services or legislation require it. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
